Why a monthly fee instead of paying once?+
A website isn't a one-time product — it needs hosting, updates, security, and changes. One monthly fee covers all of it, so you never get surprise invoices. And if you'd rather own it, you can buy it out anytime.
How fast will my site be live?+
Most Launch and Growth sites go live within 1–2 weeks of your enquiry. Bigger builds (online stores, integrations) get a timeline up front.
Am I locked into a contract?+
Plans run for a 12-month minimum, then continue month-to-month. You can also buy your site out at any point — the price drops the longer you've been with us.
Can I edit the site myself?+
On the Growth plan and up, yes — you get a CMS to edit content anytime. On every plan, we also make edits for you as part of your monthly fee.
What if I need something my plan doesn't include?+
Small extras are covered by an Edit pack (5 changes for €99). Bigger features are quoted up front as a fixed price — we never bill by the hour.
